With extensive experience in higher education and diversity initiatives, he is committed to fostering inclusive environments and advancing equitable practices in organizations.

Dr. George Mutalemwa serves as the International Director for Africa at Mahatma Gandhi College of Social Work. He is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Director of the Africa Peace and Development Network,(MAMA) and holds a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Vechta, Germany. Dr. Mutalemwa’s extensive experience in international relations and development studies enhances the college’s mission to promote social justice and community empowerment across Africa.

Dr. Hena John Fisk, PhD, MSW, CSW, is the Dean of Mental Health at Mahatma Gandhi College of Social Work, working remotely from the USA. With extensive experience in clinical social work, research, and education, she is dedicated to advancing mental health practices globally. Dr. Fisk is deeply committed to evidence-based interventions, mental health advocacy, and empowering individuals and communities. Her leadership plays a crucial role in shaping the college’s mental health programs, ensuring students receive top-tier training in both theoretical and practical aspects of social work.

Dr. Arpita Manchanda, Dean of Inclusion at Mahatma Gandhi College of Social Work, holds a PhD in Work Psychology and Healthcare (FMS, DU) and an MBA in HRM. A practicing physiotherapist with over a decade of experience, she specializes in healthcare, work psychology, and diversity inclusion. As a consultant, she has shaped policies for work disability inclusion, bringing expertise in research, analytics, and healthcare management to advance socially responsible education.
